Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as Director, Property and Estate Management. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage properties and assets, and provide exceptional service with discretion and professionalism. The Director, Property and Estate Management oversees multiple household and recreational properties (both local and remote) on behalf of the Walton family. This role is responsible for the operation and maintenance of real estate and personal property assets, the logistical needs of the family while onsite, and ensuring a positive experience when family members and guests stay on family properties. The position manages guest services staff, groundskeepers, vendors, projects, and household operations to ensure properties are safe, functional, and maintained to the highest standards. They will also coordinate with or supervise maintenance crews, the Security team and Construction team to ensure seamless operations of the properties, collaborating with others in the family office to deliver a positive experience.
