  • Lead, mentor, and develop a world-class Project Management department, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and remain within budget through strategic planning and oversight.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish macro development schedules, staffing strategies, and process improvements.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively implement corrective actions to prevent schedule or budget overruns.
  • Advocate for cultural values, inclusion, and collaboration across the organization.
  • Provide oversight on budgeting, resourcing, and departmental operations.

  • Proven experience in project management leadership, with extensive knowledge of project lifecycle and production processes.
