About The Position

We are currently looking for a Director, Project Management in the United States. In this role, you will lead and shape a high-performing Project Management department, ensuring strategic planning, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple initiatives. You will mentor and develop project managers, drive organizational efficiency, and maintain alignment with business objectives while fostering a culture of inclusion, quality, and accountability. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards of excellence. Requirements

  • Proven experience leading multiple project management teams with demonstrable success in delivering complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of project management principles, methods, and tools across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both large groups and individuals, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a critical eye for detail.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, mentoring, and cultural alignment.
  • Proficiency in project tracking software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Project Management team, providing clear direction and professional growth opportunities.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery, on-time and within budget, by collaborating with Project Directors, Project Managers, and other leadership.
  • Oversee macro development schedules, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions to avoid schedule or budget overruns.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes inclusion, culture, and craft excellence.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, metrics, and processes to drive efficiency, quality, and team performance.
  • Build cross-departmental relationships to align projects with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
  • Manage departmental budgeting and resource allocation in collaboration with Finance and leadership teams.
  • Address and resolve workplace issues or complaints promptly to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
