The Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Digital Enterprise organization is a key member of the digital leadership team. This role leads the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive omnichannel transformation, operational excellence, and associate productivity through technology. The Director is responsible for establishing, implementing, and scaling PMO capabilities that ensure consistent governance, strategic alignment, and delivery of measurable business outcomes.
