Turner & Townsend are seeking a Director - Project Controls Lead to lead our team on a large data center project. This position is responsible for establishing and executing the high-level strategic direction of project controls including cost management, risk management, and schedule management. The Director will lead risk workshops with the project team to identify risks, establish likelihood/severity, mitigation actions, and Owners. The role involves motivating the team by providing clear direction and goals, assisting with weekly team meetings to discuss progress on initiatives, and driving performance. The Director will also lead the development and production of regular reporting, assure deliverables with quality control and assurance, and provide oversight and coaching of the project team to deliver consistent and predictable project performance.
