More information about our current and past work is available at www.schoolkitgroup.com. THE ROLE The Director reports to a Senior Director or Managing Director on the Program team. In this role, you will oversee project teams and collaborate with school, system, and state-level leaders to drive initiatives that improve instruction and student learning. You will directly lead and manage others to design coaching and strategic plans to deepen the use of high-quality instructional materials. This role requires deep knowledge of instructional leadership and change management, strong project and people management, and the ability to coach leaders and facilitate professional learning for K - 12 educators. This position can be based from a home office anywhere in the U.S. Depending on location, expected travel time is 20 - 30% for onsite project work (training, coaching, or leading strategic planning), company or team retreats, and other events.
