As the Director, Program Management within the Product Success Organization, you will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of high-impact, cross-functional programs that support customer outcomes and product adoption. Reporting to the Vice President, Product Success, this role is responsible for leading internal program initiatives such as platform migrations, analyst credit workflows, and premium support delivery models. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Operations, ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution across complex initiatives. This is a highly visible role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in program management within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software environments
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs impacting multiple teams and systems
  • Strong understanding of enterprise processes and operational workflows
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with program and project management tools such as Jira and Asana
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and related enterprise systems
  • Skills: Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of program management principles and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience supporting customer-facing programs such as onboarding, product adoption, or support delivery models

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for key internal initiatives, including portal-to-console migration and work management for premium support and analyst credit programs
  • Drive cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Operations teams
  • Leverage and deploy AI agents in support of the various product success programs.
  • Establish program structures, timelines, milestones, and success metrics to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues to ensure program success
  • Partner with stakeholders to define program goals, scope, and measurable outcomes aligned to business priorities
  • Implement and optimize program management best practices, tools, and processes
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication of program status, progress, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive accountability across teams to meet program deliverables and business objectives
