The Director, Program Management will manage a robust team structure and drive tactical execution of the BU's programs throughout their life cycle (discovery/acquisition - development and commercialization - service and end of life). This leadership-level role works to continuously provide cross-functional coordination and communication through the execution of programs. The role will work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Demand Planning, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Marketing and Sales teams in aligning, implementing, and achieving program execution.
