Director - Program Management

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Director of Program Management. This role involves leading and inspiring a team of Product Managers and their squads, understanding user pain points, and advocating for their needs. The Director will set annual product OKRs to align with business and product goals, prioritize quarterly product roadmaps, and partner with various leaders to ensure success in executing on the roadmap. Additionally, the position requires setting processes and standards for the domain, communicating product vision and strategy, and collaborating with leaders throughout Fiserv to optimize customer experience.
