The individual will work directly on the Risk Transformation initiatives daily while also supporting ERM more broadly as needed. A thorough understanding of the transformation process is essential, as the individual will be responsible for communicating progress in a clear, factual, and tangible manner to executive management, the Board, and regulatory stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading the development of regulatory updates on Citi's Risk Transformation, which involves creating written reports, presentation decks, and preparing senior leadership for meetings with executive management, the Board, and regulators. This requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate complex risk and control enhancements with tangible examples. The role also involves ongoing partnership with a diverse stakeholder audience, including business units, risk management, technology, legal, internal audit, and program management. Additionally, the individual will contribute to various transformation execution processes, such as scoping, program enhancements, and closure, while resolving program risks that could impact delivery. Adhering to program processes, standards, and procedures related to the transformation is crucial, as is implementing requisite controls in support of program and change management. The role also emphasizes embedding Citi's risk culture and transformation and contributing to employee engagement, whether as an individual contributor or as a manager of others.
