The Director of Professional Services will lead a highly motivated and thriving team of professional services team members focused on client success, employee engagement, organizational collaboration, and financial objectives. The Professional Services team is currently organized with the following functions: Consulting, Project Management, Training and Implementation Services. The Director of Professional Services will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, strong professional verbal and written communication skills, and analysis abilities.
