The Director, US CAMZYOS Professional Marketing will serve as a commercial leader and accomplished marketer at Bristol Myers Squibb, responsible for the development and execution of the professional marketing strategy for CAMZYOS, an investigational agent aimed at treating Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). This role is pivotal in positioning CAMZYOS for potential new indications and driving its commercial success. The Director will lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and appropriate risk-taking. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and execute strategic and tactical brand plans, manage day-to-day agency interactions, and establish key metrics to track the impact of marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic leader who can navigate the complexities of the pharmaceutical landscape and effectively communicate the value of CAMZYOS to stakeholders. The Director will oversee the creation of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives, and will work closely with field teams to support their customer engagement efforts. Additionally, the role involves leading the development of educational programs for speakers and conducting market research to inform strategic decisions. The Director will manage a team of four marketers and potentially additional interns, focusing on coaching and development to enhance team performance. This position reports to the Vice President - US Brand Lead CAMZYOS and plays a critical role in the broader cardiovascular portfolio of Bristol Myers Squibb.
