About The Position
The Director of Productivity and Collaboration Services will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, management, and continuous improvement of IT Service Desk, End User Computing, and Microsoft 365 services within the organization globally. This leadership role will ensure optimal productivity and collaboration technologies that support business operations, enhance user experience, and drive digital transformation. The Director of Productivity and Collaboration Services will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality IT support, improving end-user computing environments, and ensuring efficient use of collaboration platforms, particularly Microsoft 365.
