WHAT YOU’LL DO Comic Relief is seeking a Director of Production to lead the engine that drives our creative, marketing, and campaign work. This is a senior, production-minded role responsible for ensuring that ambitious ideas are delivered with excellence—on time, on budget, and at the highest quality—across national campaigns, live comedy events, video, advertising, social media, and community engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, the Director of Production will oversee how work gets made: creating plans, building systems, managing partners, agencies, and freelance creative and production personnel; leading production across disciplines that blend internal and external resources; and driving execution at every level of the organization. This role requires a seasoned operator who can zoom out to plan large-scale projects and design workflows and zoom in to manage the details and solve problems in real time.
