About The Position
We are seeking a Director, Production - Manufacturing for our dairy processing plant in Robinson, TX. This role will report to the Site Sr. Director and is responsible for all aspects of the production process. You will be responsible for developing and executing multiple business plans and projects, leading a team across multiple functions, ensuring business needs are met, and leading, developing, and implementing the business plan for the area of responsibility. The leader will oversee production and warehouse across all shifts, leading a multi-functional team across 5 shifts, and responsible for all aspects of production process. The leader will have 4-7 direct reports. Expected work schedule - Monday-Friday with weekend & night rotation expected. Flexibility expected as schedule may need to shift for network or business needs. Leader will work in food manufacturing environment and will be expected to comply with all food safety program requirements and uphold facility Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements compliant with regulatory requirements to support the food safety plan.
