About The Position

Director, Product Technology is responsible for leading marketing capabilities strategy, execution, and teams across all products. This role leverages our capabilities to optimize marketing effectiveness, enhance customer & marketer engagement, and drive digital revenue growth in close partnership with Business Units, Marketing, Digital and Technology teams. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the Marketing Technology space with transformation experience, have a strong background in both digital marketing and technology, with a deep understanding of B2C/B2B marketing dynamics. Drive strategic roadmap for the organization and ensure long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or a related field.
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in digital, ecommerce, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing marketing technology teams and transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, digital and experience platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle suites), related platforms and analytical tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent strategic thinking and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative culture with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing capabilities strategy that aligns with the overall business and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing tools, including AI, marketing automation, and other relevant software.
  • Ensure the collection, analysis, and utilization of marketing data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Implement analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing with other business systems.
  • Streamline marketing processes through automation and AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for campaign implementation, lead generation, and digital customer engagement.
  • Elevate marketer experience, enable self-service, and drive adoption in the user community.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing capabilities team.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to cultivate talent.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, including Business Units, Marketing, Sales & IT.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) compliance.
