Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • The availability to work full-time, hybrid in Schenectady, NY
  • 5+ years of software development, product, or project management experience in a technology development environment.
  • Experience managing personnel.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies for Customer 360, ensuring alignment with MVP’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Manage multiple teams, including internal teams and external consultants, to deliver high-value work efficiently.
  • Oversee leaders, product owners, and scrum masters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product/platform managers, architects, and business stakeholders, to translate long-term product vision into actionable delivery plans.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, coordinating consistent releases and maintaining up-to-date execution plans.
  • Foster high levels of collaboration and negotiate requirements with stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor scrum team members, including software and quality engineers, to advance their skills and ensure the quality and timeliness of their work.
  • Drive product innovation and differentiation, staying ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Drive AI adoption across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitors to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and make data-driven decisions.
