This position is a fully remote role focused on shaping and executing business and product strategy through quantitative and analytical methods. The role involves collaborating with various teams to drive strategy, operating cadence, and execution across product, design, partnerships, and customer operations to meet and exceed company goals. The successful candidate will partner with the Chief Product Officer to align product vision with business objectives and utilize data to identify growth opportunities.

  • Shape and execute business and product strategy using quantitative and analytical tools and methods.
  • Support driving strategy, operating cadence, and execution across product, design, partnerships, and customer operations.
  • Understand key levers and financial drivers of the business to map and drive product and customer operations strategy and prioritization.
  • Partner with the Chief Product Officer to understand the product vision and business objectives, define quarterly goals, and collaborate with teams to roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
  • Utilize quantitative data and past performance data to identify opportunities to drive more value for customers, doctors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with Customer Operations and Product to identify opportunities for growth and scope out potential projects and initiatives with data and insights.
  • Work with Customer Operations leaders and product managers to ensure that sprints and quarterly initiatives encompass the highest leverage and assist with measuring and assessing the results of their projects.
  • Perform other related duties.
  • A bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in business analytics, management science, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as an operations research analyst, management consultant, market research analyst, or in a related role/occupation.
  • 2 years of experience conducting analysis of business operations and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
  • 2 years of experience performing profit & loss (P&L) analysis to drive business decision-making.
  • 2 years of experience leveraging quantitative data to drive cross-functional collaborations.
