About The Position

Altus Group is seeking a strategic and dynamic Product Marketing leader to drive transformational growth and competitive advantage. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, this role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue growth. The Director of Product Marketing will lead multi-year product marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, customer insight development, and go-to-market execution, while transforming Product Marketing into a strategic growth engine across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including strategic leadership in B2B technology or SaaS
  • Proven track record of developing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, market share, customer acquisition)
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, multi-product environments
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Commercial Real Estate, Proptech, or professional services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own product marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead competitive intelligence initiatives to inform product roadmap, pricing, and positioning
  • Partner with executives to define market segmentation, target profiles, personas, and value propositions
  • Present strategic recommendations and market insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Build deep customer insights through research programs to drive customer-centric positioning and messaging
  • Design and execute integrated launch strategies that drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Architect go-to-market frameworks that maximize adoption and revenue expansion
  • Develop data-driven sales enablement materials, including competitive battle cards and value calculators
  • Establish KPIs to measure strategy effectiveness and optimize marketing ROI
  • Lead customer research to inform product strategy and messaging
  • Build and scale a high-performing Product Marketing team
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching and performance frameworks
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership
