This role is ideal for a strong storyteller and operator who thrives at the intersection of partner strategy, solution development, and go-to-market execution. You will work closely with our global strategic partners, including global system integrators (GSIs), consulting partners, and technology alliances, to create compelling narratives, build partner-facing content, and equip field teams for agentic process automation success.

  • Define joint solution positioning and messaging in collaboration with partner and product teams, tailored to industry use cases and enterprise buyer needs.
  • Develop scalable, high-impact content that supports the full partner lifecycle—from recruitment to enablement to joint selling (e.g., solution briefs, sales decks, use case content).
  • Create and manage partner enablement programs and toolkits that align with market segments, industry focus areas, and partner personas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner GTM, Partner Marketing, Product, Sales, and Industry teams to influence roadmaps and ensure solution-market fit.
  • Support key partner events, launches, and field communications with strategic content and narrative alignment.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B product or solutions marketing, with at least 5 years in a partner-facing or alliance marketing capacity.
  • Proven success working with GSIs, hyperscalers, or global tech partners to bring joint solutions to market.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability, able to align partner capabilities with Automation Anywhere’s platform vision and market opportunities.
  • Comfortable leading through influence in a matrixed environment and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in enterprise software, automation, AI, or cloud platforms is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, and a builder’s mindset.
