Director, Product Manager
About The Position
Bachelors degree in STEM or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred. Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead driving complex, cross-functional initiatives, preferably in large, regulated organizations. Demonstrated experience building and scaling AI-driven products or solutions, with hands-on exposure to AI-enabled or agentic workflows in production. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including LLMs, intelligent automation, agentic architectures, and AI lifecycle management. Ability to translate complex ambiguous ideas into clear product strategies and executable roadmaps.
