About The Position

The Director of Product Management will lead at scale, leveraging technology, product, and design expertise to address complex customer challenges while aligning with business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with deep experience in building omnichannel activation platforms, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to oversee large, cross-functional teams. The Director will shape product vision, strategy, and innovation while ensuring scalable, engineering-ready solutions that integrate seamlessly with company platforms. They will also be accountable for evolving the organization’s media and adtech capabilities, driving innovation across omnichannel activation, and establishing partnerships with platform and technology providers to deliver integrated solutions at scale. This leader will bring a strong product mindset paired with technical acumen, enabling them to drive the development of API-first platforms anchored in agentic interaction to enable seamless, user-friendly media buying and activation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale product management organizations, including managing directors and senior product leaders.
  • Expertise in media and adtech platforms, with a record of delivering scalable, innovative omnichannel solutions.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling API-first platforms with agentic interaction capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence at the business level. Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute across multiple portfolios while navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate between business, technical, and media/adtech domains.
  • Technical acumen to lead advanced platform development, including APIs, integrations, and media activation solutions.
  • 10–15+ years of relevant experience, with significant leadership responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and champion a long-term, business-level product vision for omnichannel activation. Ensure alignment with overarching business strategies and evolving client needs. Lead product discovery at scale and guide development of multi-year roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and driving organizational change. Clearly communicate the business impact, client value, and ROI of major platform initiatives.
  • Product Development and Execution: Oversee end-to-end platform development across multiple workstreams. Ensure solutions are API-first, engineered for scale, and designed to integrate seamlessly with adtech and martech ecosystems. Prioritize platform features based on market trends, partner opportunities, customer needs, and business imperatives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, develop, and mentor a large team of product directors and product managers. Establish and scale best practices, attract and retain top talent, and foster a high-performing, innovative, and inclusive team culture.
  • Customer, Market, and Media Insights: Drive comprehensive research and analysis across media, adtech, and omnichannel activation trends. Translate industry shifts, consumer behavior, and technology advancements into actionable platform strategy.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Promote a data-driven culture, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategy, measure performance, and iterate rapidly across portfolios.
  • Innovation and Culture: Serve as a champion for innovation in media and adtech. Ensure products are designed for API-first extensibility and agentic interaction, advancing the organization’s position as a leader in omnichannel activation. Promote a culture of curiosity, creativity, and disciplined experimentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with commercial, technical, and platform leaders to align resources and integrate omnichannel activation at scale into client solutions. Drive cross-domain initiatives that require coordination and execution across multiple business areas.
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrate deep expertise in media, adtech, and omnichannel platform development. Navigate complex partner ecosystems to scale offerings and deliver seamless, user-friendly media buying and activation experiences. Ensure products are engineered with technical precision while remaining client-ready and intuitive.
