About The Position

Appfire is looking for a Director of Product Management who embodies systems thinking and approaches business challenges with a holistic view. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on understanding and optimizing interconnected systems within a business while also being unafraid to engage hands-on when necessary. You will report to the Vice President of Growth and be a member of the Product Management & Growth organization at Appfire. You can choose to work remotely from anywhere within the Eastern Time Zone. Please note that this role leads a European team and will require early morning availability on a daily basis.

  • Demonstrated experience in applying systems thinking to complex business challenges.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with long-term business objectives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers, with a focus on developing strategic and systems-oriented thinking.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of product development, with the ability to engage with engineering teams at a deep level.
  • A track record of solving complex business problems through innovative and sustainable systems, rather than short-term tactics.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to dive into details and work hands-on when needed to drive product success.
