We are immediately hiring a Director of Product Management, Performance Advertising to join our growing team in Redwood City or New York on a hybrid schedule. This foundational hire will lead PubMatic's product efforts to build platform level performance advertising and measurement capabilities that power functionality across PubMatic's product portfolio. In addition to building out core capabilities, the Director will collaborate across the product team to build customer facing functionality powered by the underlying platform functionality. As the product leader for Performance Advertising, this person will both set product strategy as well as own execution of their roadmap. As the programmatic ecosystem is becoming more performance focused, this role provides an experienced product manager with the opportunity to have an enormous impact and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will have a track record of demonstrated success in building and taking to market advertising optimization capabilities. They will understand programmatic advertising from both the buy and sell side, including what motivates buyers and sellers of advertising with respect to technology decision making. They will have a full spectrum of product management skills. This includes defining vision, setting strategy, evangelizing their products, assessing competition, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and marketing to drive the successful delivery and adoption of their platform.
