About the Team This role will lead the Intelligent Routing product suite, which optimizes the work (calls, cases, chats) that gets routed to call center agents, both prioritizing the well being of the agent and agent productivity to drive the best customer experience. This product leader will need to define the strategy of the product suite, define the roadmap for discovery and delivery and drive scale across the Enterprise by collaborating with multiple groups of stakeholders.
