We are seeking a Director, Product Management – Data Platform to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet. In this role, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for Uplight’s Data Platform—the backbone of our applications and machine learning efforts. This platform ingests and makes available high-value data from utilities, OEM devices, and other providers, ensures governance, lineage, and quality, and empowers internal and external teams with trusted, real-time insights. It also empowers accelerated model development through its Machine Learning Operations (ML Ops) tooling. Beyond being an internal foundation, the Data Platform is also a customer-facing value engine. It enables business intelligence for utilities and partners, provides a Developer Platform to accelerate innovation, and serves as the launching pad for future data-driven products and services. Your mission is to ensure this platform not only scales with technical excellence but also maximizes customer value from data in every form.
