We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director - Product Management – Customer Acquisition to lead the development of B2B2C web lead acquisition channel, improving SEO experience on CareScout.com and a new mobile application. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering, with a strong emphasis on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through exceptional digital experiences and robust SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle for B2B and B2C -focused web platforms and native mobile applications. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring that our digital products not only meet the evolving needs of our business customers but are also highly discoverable and optimized for search engines.
