About The Position

The position involves managing the regional product portfolio strategy, including lifecycle planning and market coverage. The role requires leading New Product Introductions (NPI) and ensuring cataloging excellence for North American applications. Collaboration with R&D and operations is essential to define product features and value propositions. Additionally, the role encompasses developing and implementing regional brand positioning and communication strategies, managing packaging, promotions, and digital presence tailored to North American customers, and driving trade marketing initiatives across retail, wholesale distributors, and eCommerce. The candidate will also define and execute regional pricing strategies, monitor pricing performance, and support sales teams with pricing analytics. Market intelligence efforts to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and growth opportunities are crucial, as well as integrating insights into product development, marketing campaigns, and strategic planning. The position requires partnering with regional sales, operations, and global teams to ensure cohesive execution and contributing to cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in product management and marketing, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or technical industries.
  • Automotive Aftermarket experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading through influence.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across North America.
