The Role Zeta is undergoing a fundamental transformation with Athena - our AI engine - at the core. AthenaOS, the operating system that powers Athena, is evolving Zeta into a modular, AI-native platform delivering a suite of “Impossible Products”, including the next generation of Agentic Applications. We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, architecture, and governance of the Agentic Apps Framework and the ecosystem of certified applications built on AthenaOS. This leader will define how applications are created, managed, moderated, certified, and experienced across the Zeta platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI, platform architecture, governance, and enterprise application design and will define foundational patterns for years to come.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with deep focus on platforms, operating systems, ecosystems, or AI-driven application frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to define governance, certification, or compliance systems at scale
• Strong architectural intuition and systems thinking
• Experience collaborating closely with AI/ML teams on model interfaces, guardrails, or agentic workflows
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven cross-functional influence
