About The Position

Since 1996, epay (a Euronet business segment) has connected global brands to consumers across mobile, gaming, and entertainment. We're now looking for a seasoned closed-loop payments leader to own the growth and product strategy for our Conductor platform — our gift card, loyalty, and stored-value issuing engine. This is a high-visibility, entrepreneurial role for a true subject matter expert — not a generalist. If closed-loop ecosystems and scaling loyalty platforms is your world, we want to talk. As Director of Product & Growth, you'll sit at the intersection of product strategy, commercial expansion, and ecosystem partnerships — driving revenue, shaping the Conductor roadmap, and keeping our issuing solutions best-in-class for enterprise brands worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years in business development, product management, or account leadership within the closed-loop issuing ecosystem — this is non-negotiable
  • Deep knowledge of electronic payments, card program management, and prepaid gift/loyalty card systems
  • A proven track record of strategy execution and revenue growth
  • Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Grow the business — Identify and close net-new opportunities across gift card programs, digital wallet integrations, and migrations from legacy issuing platforms with retailers, hospitality brands, travel programs, and digital merchants.
  • Own the product — Serve as product owner for Conductor, defining and prioritizing the roadmap across closed-loop gift card, loyalty, stored value, digital delivery, and analytics capabilities.
  • Lead commercially — Build executive-level relationships with enterprise clients, processors, distribution partners, and payment networks. Represent epay at industry conferences and loyalty/payments forums.
  • Enable the organization — Partner with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams on RFPs, solution design, go-to-market messaging, and product demos.
