About The Position

InvenSense, a TDK Group company, is a world leading provider of MEMS sensor platforms found in Mobile, Wearables, Smart Home, Industrial, and Automotive products. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product/Test Engineering within the semiconductor and/or MEMS industry.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 consumer electronics customers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to engage with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and support career growth for product and test engineers.
  • Foster collaboration across engineering disciplines.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and strategic planning.
  • Act as the technical interface between TDK and Tier 1 consumer electronics customers.
  • Manage global resources to execute product engineering activities effectively.
  • Develop bench-level test capabilities (HW/SW) to support new product development.
  • Conduct early silicon evaluations to validate design concepts and refine product definitions.
  • Lead debugging efforts to resolve product and test-related issues.
  • Work with the Reliability team to define and execute qualification plans.
  • Develop and procure HW/SW tools for testing and validation.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and contribute to finalizing product datasheets.
  • Collaborate with offshore manufacturing teams to set up automated yield monitoring.
  • Drive customer issue resolution and production yield improvements.
  • Ensure quick response to customer-reported quality concerns.
