The Director of Product Distribution and Integration, Identity at NBCUniversal is a pivotal role within the DM&I Product Team, which is responsible for the collection, standardization, resolution, and management of data across the organization. This position focuses on enabling activation, monetization, and engagement in secure, privacy-centric ways. The Director will lead product management efforts with a specific emphasis on the distribution and integration of the NBCU Identity (NBCU ID) across the Advertising and Marketing digital ecosystem. This role requires a strategic mindset to develop a comprehensive roadmap and prioritize a backlog of user stories that address the needs of various stakeholders across the company and industry. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their identifier needs, translating these into actionable user stories and product backlogs. You will articulate the distribution and integration of appropriate identifiers within the NBCUniversal ecosystem, ensuring that the product roadmap for the NBCU ID is maintained and relevant. Collaboration with engineering teams is essential to build effective distribution and integration methods, prioritizing workloads to meet roadmap deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering product-related inquiries regarding the capabilities of the NBCU Identity product and ensuring that product roadmaps are consistently updated and delivered against. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management and development, particularly in identity resolution techniques, and will be adept at problem-solving to meet customer expectations. This role requires a proactive communicator who can balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that product goals are achieved on time and within budget. Experience with cloud computing technologies and marketing technologies will be beneficial in this position, as will familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
