This role will lead a team comprised of tooling and FEA engineers as well as tooling programmers to drive Air MI's tooling engineering strategy, best practices for design and the adoption of digital design and simulation capabilities. They will report to the Sr. Director, Product Development Engineering, Innovation. The role will collaborate closely with Design Engineering, Materials Product Engineering, a 24/7 Machine Shop, IT, Product Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Production partners. Additionally, they will collaborate across Nike in various organizations including with Future Cushioning Systems and the Bowerman Footwear Lab.
