Managing Risk today requires a holistic, unified, enterprise effort with a system that allows you to quickly understand how any level of the organization is performing against risk. A common data taxonomy underpins a core framework for risk assessment and issue management. As the company realigns our IRM business architecture based on industry standards, best practices, regulatory expectations, and pain points, the IRM program we will be establishing and executing on a Point of Arrival target state IRM technical solution & framework. The program will include tactical (address regulatory findings/deadlines in current state) and non-tactical (build for the future) pillars of work to meet short term requirements while building to meet the long-term objectives.
