  • Partner with product leadership to ensure marketing accelerates sales.
  • Lead all brand marketing work, ensuring it is uniquely insightful and persuasive.
  • Oversee development and execution of comprehensive brand and product marketing plans.
  • Develop plans for personal training, performance, corrective exercise, membership, nutrition and wellness certifications, and new products.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Partner with creative, paid media, web and lifecycle teams to ensure effective execution of strategies.
  • Use data to drive decisions and report on brand and product metrics.
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience and content strategy.
  • Leverage consumer insights and behavioral data to improve marketing.
  • Lead executive and internal communications.
  • Create and implement marketing and promotional calendars.
  • Lead competitive monitoring, analysis and action-planning.
  • Stay current with consumer and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 8-10+ years' experience in product and brand marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify differentiating strategies that fuel sales.
  • Experience leading top tier brand and PR agencies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and speaking skills.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing analytics and product development.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
