This role is responsible for overseeing and developing Highmark's producer relationships throughout the Highmark footprint. It involves leading a team to drive successful partnerships through strategic planning, effective producer engagement, effective channel management, and streamlined administrative processes. Additionally, this position includes the administration and oversight of ICHRA programs. This includes the managing relationships with ICHRA third-party administrators and producers to ensure seamless program execution and compliance. Additionally, this leader will make recommendations on producer incentives and manage these programs throughout the year. This is a Hybrid based role that can be based around any of our Highmark locations.
