The Finance team is a strategic engine at Brex. We lead planning, forecasting, investor relations, and corporate development — partnering across the business to drive clarity and unlock opportunity. What you’ll do You’ll own Brex’s procurement strategy — designing and leading a scalable approach to sourcing, vendor management, and spend optimization that drives measurable impact across the business. You’ll negotiate contracts, unlock cost savings, and streamline approvals and processes to make it easier and faster for teams to access the tools and services they need, all while maintaining compliance and financial discipline. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Finance, Legal, Security, and functional leaders to ensure procurement decisions align with company goals and priorities. You’ll also build visibility and accountability by implementing reporting, analytics, and best practices that help teams understand the "why" behind every purchase. Finally, you’ll play a key role in company-wide planning by contributing directly to budget management and the annual operating plan, ensuring investments are both strategic and sustainable. Where you’ll work This role will be based in one of our Brex offices — San Francisco, New York, or Vancouver. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
