About The Position

The Director will collaborate with internal partners and procurement teams to implement effective sourcing strategies and ensure the success of sourced programs.

  • Lead and develop a team of Sourcing Specialists, establishing goals and providing necessary resources.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring service levels are met and continuous improvement is achieved.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve value and performance, evaluating new products and optimizing purchasing practices.
