Director, Process Technology, M&M
About The Position
We are seeking a Director, Process Technology, M&M reporting to the President | Minerals & Metals, to support the delivery of projects with a particular focus on numerical modelling and foundation design. Your role Functional management of all process technology resources (skills mapping, training, recruitment, resource management, etc) Strategic leadership to assess markets (current and future needs) and enhance the technical offering for ATRL M&M Strong contributor to the sales function. This role will have a lot of Client interaction, both in winning work and execution of projects. This Global position will also lead and/or support key studies and projects. Relocation is not required. Remote work is accepted; however, travel requirements are expected for short-term business trips on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- This level may be achieved by technical professionals or technical managers with 20 years of relevant experience, with at least five of these years in a senior management position
Nice To Haves
- Post graduate degree preferred
- Management coursework and/or MBA a plus
