As a Director of Accelerator Process Improvement at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership for process and productivity improvement. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs and processes. You will report directly to our Vice President, Transformation (ESS) and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact strategy, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency. You will drive continuous improvement across all departments by leading Kaizen events, fostering a culture of innovation, and implementing Lean methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans for process optimization, leveraging data analysis, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma principles to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to identifying opportunities for process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and promoting best practices across the company. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, analyzing trends, and providing regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and their impact on productivity, cost savings, and revenue/income growth will be part of your role. You will also develop and implement process improvement and productivity strategies and best practices to drive efficiency, ensuring compliance with program and process management standards and guidelines. Working with ESS leadership, you will drive and maintain the installation and sustainment of results from the use of the processes and tools, while also proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and drive productivity resulting in a reduction in fixed costs. Your leadership will be vital in driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
