Requirements

  • 7+ years of Etch system engineering or process engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of hardware/process interactions and on‑wafer performance metrics.
  • 15+ years of overall experience in semiconductor equipment process technology, products, and/or services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority across matrixed teams.
  • Proven success in solving highly complex technical issues with structured methodology and disciplined knowledge capture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior management and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the FabVantage DDP Community of Practice (CoP). Conduct regular meetings to facilitate joint problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and knowledge capture.
  • Drive documentation of case studies for completed projects.
  • Maintain and update critical issue fishbones and OCAPs (troubleshooting flowcharts).
  • Integrate captured knowledge into designated knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with SBUs to build FabVantage engineering capabilities.
  • Embed engineering learnings into Service Products.
  • Lead through influence across AGS and SPG matrixed functions.
  • Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual technical problems using advanced analytical approaches.
  • Establish foundational technical knowledge to support scalable and rapid problem solving across the installed base and global customers.
  • Negotiate and influence senior-level stakeholders in internal and external organizations.
  • Communicate effectively with sensitivity to diverse audiences.
