Your Impact As the Director, Pro Digital Experiences works closely with senior leadership across functions to create a customer driven omnichannel strategy to drive incremental Pro revenue by optimizing high-value purchase pathways outside the traditional funnel efficiency-focused digital buying experiences. You'll leverage customer data, site behaviors, pre/post-transaction data and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve the omnichannel customer experience.
