About The Position

The Director, Private Care Market Development, is responsible for accelerating the growth of our Private Pay business across New York City, Long Island, and Westchester. Leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand our client base, increase market share, and drive long-term value for VNS Health Personal Care. With a sharp focus on growth and innovation, builds and nurtures high-value partnerships, refines our go-to-market strategy, and optimizes referral networks across diverse communities and care settings. Identifies new market opportunities, launches targeted outreach campaigns, and oversees business development efforts aligned with organizational goals. Accountable for expanding and enhancing our Personal Care portfolio-including Dementia Care-by cultivating new provider and partner relationships, while maintaining and strengthening existing ones. Ensuring operational excellence, will oversee compliant delivery of enrollment and care coordination services and will routinely evaluate the impact of internal and external market forces to inform data-driven strategic decisions.
