About The Position

The Director of Primary Care facilitates physician relations efforts, leads physician recruitment, directs operations for the Conway Regional Health System Primary Care Network, and analyzes and implements business development opportunities. This role provides leadership regarding physician satisfaction, coordinated health system service marketing, and other assignments as needed. The Director serves as a key member of the Conway Regional Health System Management Team.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration or Related Business Field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in a comparable position with leadership responsibilities in healthcare management.
• Experience should reflect a working knowledge of healthcare operations, business development, physician relations, human resource management, effective communication, financial and statistical analyses, and leadership expertise.
