About The Position

As the Pricing Compliance Director at Honeywell, you will serve as a trusted leader and subject‑matter expert ensuring all defense-related proposals, cost estimates, and pricing submissions fully comply with Honeywell policies, federal regulations, and industry standards. You will partner closely with offering and product management, sourcing, engineering, sales, and senior leadership to strengthen our compliance culture, enhance pricing governance, and drive consistent adherence to U.S. Government regulations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining Honeywell’s reputation for accuracy, integrity, and operational excellence across all defense and aerospace contracting activities. You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a #LI- Hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of professional experience.
  • 2 years of relevant proposal or pricing experience supporting U.S. Government programs.
  • Deep working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated executive‑level experience
  • Due to U.S. export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status under asylum or refugee.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with proven experience synthesizing complex data for senior leadership.

  • Financial analysis skills, data management, and knowledge of digital/IT tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mature the pricing compliance framework to ensure all proposals adhere to Honeywell policies as well as FAR, DFARS, and CAS requirements.
  • Implement robust procedures for detecting, documenting, and correcting estimating errors in alignment with system standards.
  • Manage internal pricing audits to proactively identify, document, and remediate compliance issues.
  • Ensure adherence to DFARS 252.215‑7002 Cost Estimating System Requirements and support continuous improvement of the estimating system.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, sourcing, product management, finance, and sales to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor pre‑ and post‑submission proposal audit results and develop mitigation plans where necessary.
  • Oversee internal tools data integrity and partner with IT teams to develop enhance data accuracy and system reliability as well as transformation initiatives
