The Director of Prestige Commercial at Pernod Ricard is a pivotal role responsible for driving growth across the current Prestige spirits and sparkling portfolio. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Prestige and encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the company's market presence and sales performance. The Director will spearhead mentorship and development initiatives for the Prestige Sales Managers (PSMs), ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles. This includes delivering on sales targets and fostering relationships with key influential outlets within the Prestige segment. The Director will also lead the go-to-market commercial efforts for the Prestige portfolio and support major events in collaboration with the HQ experiential events team. In this role, the Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly the commercial and sales teams, to leverage consumer and shopper insights effectively. Familiarity with digital and e-commerce platforms is essential, as the Director will need to demonstrate a general management mindset while overseeing significant A&P budgets, which exceed $6 million. The position requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the managerial efforts of PSMs, providing guidance and mentorship, and monitoring performance through regular reviews. They will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on tactics and resources, maintain commercial leadership for key partnerships, and drive best-in-class sales execution. Additionally, the Director will facilitate coordination for Prestige tentpole events, manage the A&P budget, and ensure that all initiatives align with the company's growth ambitions.
