The Director, US Prepaid & Digital Wallet Go-to-Market Lead will own P&L performance and shape the sales and marketing strategy for our prepaid and digital wallet portfolio. We’re looking for a senior leader with proven go-to-market expertise and strong knowledge of prepaid cards, digital wallets, and/or banking products. In this role, you’ll drive sales and customer engagement across both retail and digital channels. You’ll partner across the organization to build lifecycle marketing strategies, develop pricing and promotional plans, and enhance the customer experience. As the primary advocate for US Prepaid and Digital Wallet solutions, you’ll lead cross-functional alignment, guide campaign strategy, and use market insights to fuel growth. This position demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on delivering results. Lead the go‑to‑market strategy, revenue plan, and growth delivery for US Prepaid and Digital Wallet. Drive retail and digital acquisitions by partnering with Sales and Marketing to develop campaigns, sales materials, funnel optimization, and promotional strategies. Engage and enable sales teams with tools, training, and collateral to accelerate product adoption across channels. Develop repeat‑usage and retention strategies, including pricing, marketing initiatives, and customer experience enhancements. Define KPIs and lead performance measurement, using data insights to optimize go‑to‑market plans. Manage product value proposition and positioning, ensuring offerings remain competitive and aligned with market needs. Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence product innovation, enhance customer experience, and deliver strong financial outcomes.
