About The Position

The Director of Premium Sales at Monumental Sports Entertainment (MSE) is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to maximize revenue for suite and premium products at Capital One Arena. This role involves hiring, training, and supervising a high-performing sales team, analyzing sales performance metrics, and managing B2B sales programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in premium sales and management, with a strong focus on collaboration and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales management experience, preferably in sports business.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably selling premium inventory.
  • Experience in designing, selling, and executing premium event hospitality.
  • Skilled in analyzing data and presenting concise recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize efficiently.
  • High emotional intelligence and desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize revenue for suite and premium products.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and motivate a suite and premium sales staff.
  • Analyze historical and current sales data to determine future calling campaigns and new lead sources.
  • Create dashboards and virtual CRM reports to manage and track campaign performance.
  • Participate in planning meetings to discuss cross-departmental revenue opportunities.
  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Manage the suite sales budget and business plan.
  • Track daily revenue and communicate sales team performance to the Legends team.
  • Manage inter-organizational relationships to support collaboration and best practices.
