As part of our exciting growth, we are currently searching for a Director, Prefabrication & Modularization. We are seeking a visionary Director, Prefabrication & Modularization to spearhead the discovery, rigorous evaluation, and strategic incorporation of Prefabrication, Preassembly, Modularization, and Offsite Fabrication (PPMOF) solutions across our data center design and construction portfolio. In an era where speed-to-market and capital efficiency are paramount, you will lead the charge in maximizing offsite trade labor to dramatically reduce onsite construction demands, control and slash capex, accelerate project timelines, and enhance overall project quality and sustainability. Reporting directly to the SVP of Capex Strategy & Optimization, you will serve as the company's PPMOF authority—scouting innovative solutions, quantifying their impact, and embedding them into our development pipeline. Your work will directly fuel our aggressive growth trajectory by turning complex technical opportunities into measurable financial and operational advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a dynamic, forward-looking pulse on the evolving PPMOF marketplace: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with leading vendors, contractors, and suppliers offering advanced prefabrication, modular, and offsite solutions tailored to data center applications (e.g., power systems, cooling modules, structural assemblies, and integrated infrastructure).
  • Champion PPMOF integration by deeply analyzing how these approaches can reduce construction capex—through labor optimization, material efficiency, schedule compression, and risk mitigation—and develop robust quantitative models to demonstrate ROI, cost savings, and total project value.
  • Leverage your expert knowledge of data center design, preconstruction, and construction processes to assess PPMOF feasibility, constructability implications, and impacts on schedule, quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to embed PPMOF best practices into project standards, specifications, and execution plans.
  • Drive pilot implementations, lessons-learned analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives to scale successful PPMOF strategies across our growing portfolio.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements in offsite construction to position our company as an innovator in sustainable, high-performance data center development.
