About The Position
The Director of Preconstruction will establish standards and procedures and have overall responsibility for the execution, training, and staffing of the estimating department. The Director of Preconstruction will be responsible for driving the company's growth by leading and executing strategic planning, direction, and the achievement of new business-related activities. The Director will work closely with the executive leadership team and business unit leaders to develop proposals and presentations to win new business. The Director will establish and maintain customer relationships and strategic teaming partner relationships.
